You authorize the surgeons and/or associates (Dr. Edward Song of OC-LA Mobile Service), to perform surgery and/or diagnostic procedures on your pet. You are also aware that Dr. Song is board certified in American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (www.ABVP.com) in Canine and Feline Specialty Practice only but has trained in small animal surgery as well, therefore, offers their services to small animal clients and their animals.
