Board-certified in Canine & Feline Practice (Diplomate ABVP) since 2011, and a Orthopedics. After building and selling a thriving South Orange County practice in 2019, I started OC-LA Mobile Surgery to bring advanced orthopedic and soft-tissue procedures straight to your clinic—at a fraction of specialty-center costs.

My focus? Partnership. I work side-by-side with your primary vet so your pet gets expert surgery without ever leaving the familiar hospital they already trust. No long drives, no unfamiliar faces—just skilled hands and personalized care right where they feel safe.

Dr. Edward Song, DVM, Diplomate ABVP (Canine & Feline Practice), ABVP Founding Fellow Canine and Feline Orthopedics, CVA, is a board-certified veterinary specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional care. Certified since 2011 and proudly recertified every decade, he is also one of the Founding Fellows of the ABVP Canine & Feline Orthopedics Fellowship - a distinction that reflects his advanced expertise in orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery for dogs and cats. 

After founding a thriving South Orange County practice in 2007 and successfully growing it until its sale in 2019, Dr. Song launched OC-LA Mobile Surgery in early 2019. His vision was simple: bring dog and cat specialty surgery directly to your trusted primary veterinarian’s hospital - at a more affordable price, with zero added stress for your pet.
